 The Blanding Parade always has great floats and community participation

This is the Gadiantin Band..something like that..it's a tradition piece in the parade

Jayne and Quinn are on it every year

There was also group bike ride in the parade to remember Jason Workman.
He was one of the Navy Seals that died recently, and is from Blanding.

There were over 80 bikes in the parade.

My Dad got to celebrate his birthday in St. George this year!

Graduation!!

At times the last year has felt like it was dragging, but the reality is that the last 12 months have flown by! I just finished SUU's RN-BSN program, and in my time I have met some great people and made some great friends!

Chavis was planning on coming but two of the other salesmen had wives graduating, so he was told he couldn't come. My parents and Chavis' family came to support me.

Chav made it just in the nick of time! His boss came in 45 min before my graduation started and said, "Isn't your wife graduating today?" When Chavis said, "Yes" Jared told him he better get on the road! He changed and made it from St. George to Cedar City in less than 40 min!! 

Lo's Blessing

Lottie was blessed by my Dad, her Grandpa Black-or Papu-as Meagan and my parents have implemented. Lottie was blessed in my parents Spring Glen, and we were blessed to have so much family come to support Meagan and Lottie.

I'm sad because the indoor pictures did not turn out, but Im going to post them anyway.

Nursing Conference

In April myself and two girls from work hit up the Critical Care Nursing Conference in Vegas.

We went to some very interesting sessions, and on our lunch break...went shopping!
