House Hungry

You know how some people get "baby-hungry," which I do feel that way sometimes, but mostly i'm house hungry and can barely contain myself! I've been this way before, but it eased off once I realized we weren't sure if we'd be staying in the area....but now...while I can't say we'll stay here for the rest of our lives, we've settled that we will probably be here for the next decade or so :) which means....my hunger continues!

Dixie Rock

This past Saturday, Chavis took me out hiking around Dixie Rock (or at least that's what we call it). It was pretty windy, but we had a blast! I love getting to spend weekends with Chavis...even if we don't do anything, it's just fun to be with him.

Sundays with the Redd's

Tracy and Russell's family are the best thing about living in St. George. They have extended a weekly sunday invite to us since we moved here to join them and their family for sunday dinner and company. We absolutely love getting to spend time with them and their kids and grandkids...I feel like an aunt to their grand-kids, and like siblings to their kids...I LOVE THEM!

This sunday was the pumpkin carving, and the annual Charlie Brown "Great-Pumpkin" video.

Virginia's Vegas Birthday Get-A-Way

Virginia is one of the girls I go to SUU with, and one of the girls that put in a good word for me at the hospital so I could get hired. It was her 25th birthday this weekend, so we headed for a last-minute trip to Vegas!

We had 3 things in mind for this trip: SHOPPING, DANCING, and POOL time!

Saturday we spent the afternoon shopping, and this mall was doing hourly runway shows...so fun to watch!

Saturday night we went to Tao nightclub, and we had a blast! Chavis was a little nervous to dance, but once we got there  he loosened up!

Chav's Deer

This year for part of my Dad's birthday present we put him in for the general deer tag in Blanding so him and Chavis could have a weekend (seeing as how my Dad has spent his entire married life surrounded by girls). Unfortunately, my parents took on a HUGE project heading up the Haunted House at the old Spring-Glen schoolhouse, so he wasn't able to go.

So Chav headed to Blanding one man down, but went out with his friend Adam (aka Bean)...and they found this thing!!!

Congrats Chav! I don't know much about deer, but it looks good to me!...and I'm assuming it does to others too since you sent out a million and one pic-txts :)
