This year has encompassed many up's and downs for this Holliday family. It has been a year and a half since we moved our family from Blanding to the St. George area, and in doing so we have been on the roller-coaster of life.
2011 in 30 seconds or less:
-We got called to teach primary togther
-Chav survived spring semester @ DSC
-I started SUU's RN-BSN program
-Found out my little sister is going to be a mom
-Fall semester started
-Chavis got released from primary and got called to Young Men's secretary
-I got hired as a float nurse at Dixie Regional Medical Center
-I got released from primary
-Went to the Utah vs BYU game with my Dad...got UTES!
-Chav guided with BTO
-Chav killed a spike and a deer?
-Chavis earned his Associate's from Dixie!
-Spent the Holiday's with family
We are starting to see how the term "opposites attract" isn't always as romantic/comical as it is on TV and the movies, but we're working on things :)
I am so glad you finally posted again!!! 2012 will be very good to you...I have a feeling. So glad we got to see you and that Bryir got to meet you too! LOL you and Garrin both got sequence for christmas so we'll have to play next time you come down! Miss you guys!
ReplyDeleteI can totally relate about the whole opposites thing...I married my polar opposite! Someone once told Matt and I "Opposites attract and then they attack" I didn't think it was funny at all...mostly because I think they were right..it definitely takes some getting used too!!
